Founded in 2003, Salt Life has evolved from a simple decal into a trusted name for water lovers, offering high-performance gear and apparel for fishing, surfing, diving, and more. This acquisition is part of Iconix’s broader strategy to enter new sectors, including water sports, hospitality, and fishing, while extending Salt Life into new product categories. While Thread Collective has been appointed as the new licensee for men’s and women’s apparel, Iconix is finalizing its core group of global licensees to rapidly scale the brand.
