For another year, Iconix LATAM took part in Intermoda Guadalajara 2026, Mexico’s leading fashion trade show and one of Latin America’s most important business platforms for the fashion industry.
For the fourth consecutive year, we showcased a dedicated booth featuring some of the brands with the greatest growth potential in the Mexican market, including Ed Hardy, Hoodrich, Pony, Cannon Home, and Danskin.
Throughout the four-day event, we welcomed existing licensees from across the region, strengthening relationships and discussing the next steps for each brand. At the same time, we held new meetings with prospective licensees, manufacturers, and strategic partners interested in expanding our brand portfolio in Mexico.

The agenda also included participation in IM Talks, a conference series where industry leaders shared their perspectives on the trends reshaping fashion, consumer behavior, and retail across Mexico and around the world.

Beyond the business opportunities, Intermoda represents a valuable platform for gaining deeper insights into the evolving Mexican market, understanding changing consumer dynamics, identifying new growth opportunities, and continuing to build long-term relationships with key players across the industry.
Key Takeaways from Intermoda 2026
Beyond the meetings and business opportunities, this year’s edition offered valuable insights into the present and future of the Mexican market.
One of the key messages shared throughout the IM Talks was the importance of strengthening the identity of Mexican fashion by supporting local creative talent and developing proposals that authentically connect with the country’s culture and consumers. Rather than simply replicating global trends, the industry is increasingly focused on celebrating what makes the Mexican market unique.
Another recurring theme was the importance of pricing strategy. Industry experts agreed that Mexican consumers place significant emphasis on the balance between value and price when making purchasing decisions, making a well-positioned and competitive value proposition essential for any brand seeking long-term success.
These conversations allow us to deepen our understanding of the market and continue supporting our partners with insights, context, and strategies that drive the growth of our brands across the region.
Four days of meetings, industry insights, learning, and new opportunities reaffirm our commitment to connecting global brands with the right partners to accelerate their growth throughout Latin America.
