In May 2025, we gathered in Rio de Janeiro for a Summit that was as strategic as it was inspiring. The 10 members of the Iconix International LATAM team, coming from different countries in the region, worked together on personal and business model SWOT analyses.
We shared strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats—both individual and collective—identifying common ground, shared needs, and concrete action steps to keep growing.
We came together to do what we do best: build together. Ideas, plans, meaningful conversations, and strong connection helped us strengthen even more as a team.
We returned with more than we came with: new learnings, renewed energy, and a shared vision to take on a 2025 full of challenges and evolution.
